The PIENTER study is a major national survey which is held once
every 10 years. It examines how well the Dutch population is
protected against infectious diseases. This is accomplished by
means of questionnaires and via blood and saliva samples.
We have taken a sample of over 26,000 people in the Netherlands
between 0 and 89 years of age. These people are invited by mail
with an invitation letter to participate in the PIENTER research in
2016 or 2017. An English translation of the invitation letter can
be found under downloads.
