English Abstract Groundwater recharge and travel times determine the
fate of diffuse pollutants in the Netherlands soil. Based on dating with
Groundwater tritium levels, the recharge of groundwater in the sandy regions
has been investigated resulting in a spatial description (GIS maps) for the
full sandy regions.
