1-2 October 2015, FERG symposium 'The Global burden of foodborne diseases'

The FERG symposium 'The Global burden of foodborne diseases' will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. WHO’s Foodborne Disease Burden Epidemiology Reference Group (FERG) is providing estimates of the global burden of foodborne diseases, according to age, sex and region, for a defined list of causative agents of microbial, parasitic, and chemical origin, thereby strengthening the capacity of countries to assess the burden of foodborne disease and increasing awareness and commitment for the implementation of food safety standards.

FERG is providing estimates of the global burden of foodborne diseases, according to age, sex and region, for a defined list of causative agents of microbial, parasitic, and chemical origin, thereby strengthening the capacity of countries to assess the burden of foodborne disease and increasing awareness and commitment for the implementation of food safety standards.

October 1st and 2nd, the FERG symposium 'The Global burden of foodborne diseases' will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This symposium is free of charge for participants.
