By public transport

RIVM is located on the Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan 9, Bilthoven. It is about a 25 minute walk from the station in Bilthoven to the RIVM. You can also hire a bicycle at the bicycle shelter opposite the station (turn left when leaving the station and cross the tracks; the shelter is across the street on your right).

Taxis leave from the station (turn left when leaving the station and cross the tracks; the taxi stand is on your left). The route and streets are shown on the map at the station.

The RIVM also operates a shuttle service to and from the station in Bilthoven between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. and between 3.50 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. Buses wait around the corner on the Spoorlaan (turn right when leaving the station and walk up to the first street on the right - Spoorlaan).

There is a public bus service from Utrecht to Bilthoven. Use the route planner (www.9292ov.nl) to find out departure and arrival times. The busstop near the RIVM is called ‘A. van Leeuwenhoeklaan’.
