Anyone should be able to find, view and use rivm.nl and other RIVM online products easily. Therefore, RIVM pays a great deal of attention to user-friendliness, accessibility and findability of online information. This we achieve by applying the so-called Web Guidelines. The editors and ICT division of RIVM take care of the correct use of these accessibility guidelines. At request, the Dutch Accessibility Foundation carries out an evaluation annually. Since 2011 RIVM has been certified for accessibility; since 2012 it has been certified for accessibility at the highest level.
