• Upon WHO's request, to provide technical and capacity building support regarding all hazard preparedness and International Health Regulations’ monitoring & evaluation. 
  • To support WHO in the development of approaches for monitoring & evaluation of International Health Regulations’ capacities and functions.
  • To provide technical support to WHO for the development and implementation of After-Action Reviews and Intra- Action Reviews in response to public health threats and emergencies of national and international concern based on WHO methodology.
  • To support WHO in the International Health Regulations’ implementation for overseas territories and in remote areas. 
  • To support WHO in the development of scientific based indicators to inform level of preparedness, as measured by International Health Regulations Monitoring and Evaluation Framework indicators, based on overall national risk of emergencies.
