Dutch Public Health Status and Forecast 2006

This report has been a joint effort of many. The Supervisory committee of the Ministry of Health Welfare and Sports and the National Scientific Advisory Committee for this PHSF have greatly contributed to the potential policy relevance and the scientific basis of this PHSF report, respectively.
