Innovative Partnership for Action Against Cancer (iPAAC) Joint Action

The Innovative Partnership for Action Against Cancer (iPAAC) Joint Action brought together 24 Associated Partners with Affiliated Entities, and 44 partners across Europe. The general objective of the Joint Action was to develop innovative approaches to advances in cancer control.

iPAAC Started on 1 April 2018 and ended in December 2021.

Deliverable

The iPAAC Joint Action looked at the further development of cancer prevention, comprehensive approaches to the use of genomics in cancer control, cancer information and registries, improvements and challenges in cancer care, mapping of innovative cancer treatments and governance of integrated cancer control, including a new analysis of National Cancer Control Plans. A Roadmap for the Implementation and Sustainability of Cancer Control Actions was the main deliverable.
