Climate change is the greatest threat to global health in the 21st century, according to the World Health Organization. At the UN United Nations  (United Nations  ) Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) taking place in Glasgow on 31 October through 12 November, there will be an unparalleled focus on health in relation to climate change. The RIVM magazine special edition on Climate Change and Health showcases the knowledge and advice that RIVM is contributing to solutions for some of these challenges – at local, regional, national and international levels.
