Diana Wouters (Amsterdam, 1978) is, per 15 July 2017, Head of the Centre for Immunology of Infectious Diseases and Vaccines.

Diana Wouters studied Medical Biology at the Free University in Amsterdam. She performed her PhD-research at Sanquin in Amsterdam and defended her thesis in 2008 at the University of Amsterdam on research about the measurement of complement activation in diseases and health. Since then she was head of the Complement research laboratory. In this position she had a strong link with Diagnostic Services Sanquin and several clinical partners. Since 15 July 2017 she is head of the Centre for Immunology of Infectious Diseases and Vaccines at the RIVM.
