The purpose of the report is to monitor the quality of the breast cancer screening programme and to signalize important trends.

This report updates the calculation of the participation rate; see the explanation in the document. For example, with the old calculation, the participation rate was 70.3% in 2023, and with the new calculation, the participation rate was 66.7% in 2023.
