You can request support from the EURL-PH-VBV, i.e.:

• to send your clinical materials to the EURL for laboratory support in diagnostics, laboratory surveillance and virus characterisation
• to obtain reference material to improve your laboratory capacities
• to obtain laboratory protocols, technical or scientific advice.

Please contact the EURL for support by e-mail to EURL-PH-VBV@RIVM.nl and leave a phone number where you can be reached and a short description of your request. 

Please indicate in the subject what type of support is being requested (request for refence diagnostics, request for reference materials or request for laboratory protocols and advice).

We will contact you to discuss the support options and to provide necessary instructions. 

Please do not send clinical materials to any of the EURL laboratories without contacting the EURL first.
