Marburg virus disease

Marburg virus disease is an infectious disease that can make people very ill, possibly leading to death. Like Ebola, the Marburg virus is a cause of viral haemorrhagic fever. People with the disease often have internal bleeding. The Marburg virus is rare and occurs in Africa. 

Ebola

Ebola is a rare but serious infectious disease that can cause bleeding in the body. The official name is Ebola virus disease, formerly known as Ebola haemorrhagic fever. It is caused by the Ebola virus. So far, Ebola has only occurred in parts of Africa.
