Frederieke Damme has broad administrative experience, based on a study Public Administration at the University of Groningen. Frederieke has been Director of Operations at the Ministry of Finance since 2017. In previous positions she was, among others, Director of Staff and Operations of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and Director of the Centre for Knowledge and Communication (CKC) of the Dutch Tax Office (Belastingdienst in Dutch).

As a member of the Executive Board, Frederieke is responsible for RIVM’s management portfolio. She is a member of the intervision group of the European Leadership Platform and a member of the Advisory Board of the Master Public Administration at the University of Groningen. Frederieke is also chair of the Board of Directors of an organisation that helps vulnerable groups to become self-employed through professional entrepreneurship training and coaching.
