Visitors to the RIVM website can search the data by brand and product type to find out which additives products contain, what their functions are and in which amounts they are added.

Duty to provide data

Manufacturers of tobacco products have a statutory duty to provide data on the products that they market in the Netherlands. They submit these data through the EU Common Entry Gate system. This is because everybody who wants to has the right to find out what is in these products.
