Ad hoc support in case of urgent requests.

In response to the World Health Organization's requests, our WHO Collaborating Centre offers specialised expertise and technical laboratory support as required. We provide comprehensive assistance in both "dry-lab" and "wet-lab" domains, utilising a range of approaches, including virtual e-learning, online training, and on-site support.

Our team of experts is well-equipped to address diverse laboratory needs, whether they involve theoretical aspects ("dry-lab") or practical hands-on work ("wet-lab"). Through virtual channels, we offer flexible and accessible e-learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Additionally, we provide online training modules tailored to specific laboratory requirements.

For more hands-on assistance, our team is available to provide on-location support, working directly with laboratory staff to address their unique challenges and requirements. This enables us to provide tailored guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective implementation of laboratory protocols and best practices.

By combining our expertise, adaptable learning methods, and on-site support, we strive to meet the specific laboratory support needs identified by the WHO, fostering enhanced capabilities and promoting excellence in laboratory practice.
