• Gastdocent bij niveau-3 opleiding stralingshygiëne van TU Technische Universiteit (Technische Universiteit)-Eindhoven.

• Lid Gezondheidsraadcommissie Evaluatie van de voedingsnormen voor vitamine-D (2011-2012), en adviseur bij de Gezondheidsraadcommissie UV ultraviolet (ultraviolet)-straling uit zonlicht (1992-1994).
• Lid van de werkgroep Relatie kanker, zonlicht en vitamine D van de Signaleringscommissie Kanker van KWF Koningin Wilhelmina Fonds voor de Nederlandse Kankerbestrijding (Koningin Wilhelmina Fonds voor de Nederlandse Kankerbestrijding)/Kankerbestrijding (2009-2010).
• Lid van de redactiecommissie van het tijdschrift van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Stralingshygiëne, NTVS Nederlandse Vereniging voor Stralingshygiëne (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Stralingshygiëne), voorheen NVS The Dutch Society for Radiation Protection (The Dutch Society for Radiation Protection)-nieuws 1993-2003.
• Gastdocent bij diverse opleidingen met betrekking tot Stralingshygiëne niveau-3 en niveau-2, bij TU-Delft en TU-Eindhoven.
