Whereas RIVM has expertise of molecular mechanisms, in vitro and in vivo test systems, and actual testing in men, the Collaborating Centre focusses primarily on Risk Assessment. Fields of expertise include direct immunotoxicity, chemical-associated allergy and chemical-associated autoimmunity.
