Samenvatting
De Internationale classificatie van stoornissen, beperkingen en handicaps (ICIDH, Zoetermeer 1993) zal worden herzien door de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie en haar Collaborating Centres voor de ICIDH. Het Nederlandse Centre is in 1989 opgericht. Het heeft een rapport opgesteld over het voorstel voor een herziene ICIDH dat in juli 1997 is uitgegeven om te worden beproefd in Field Trials. Het opnieuw structureren van de classificatie en het opnieuw bewoorden van haar klassen wordt in een nieuwe titel weergegeven: Internationale classificatie van stoornissen, activiteiten en participatie. Dit geschrift doet verslag van de activiteiten van het Nederlandse Centre tussen juli 1997 en december 1998. Het rapport bevat het Nederlandse commentaar op het voorstel voor een herziene ICIDH en de resultaten van de Field Trials
Abstract
The International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps (ICIDH, Geneva 1980, 1993) is being revised by WHO and its Collaborating Centres for the ICIDH. The Dutch Centre was instituted in 1989. WHO issued a proposal for a revised ICIDH in July 1997, to be tested in field trials. The restructuring of the classification and the rewording of its classes is reflected in a new title: International Classification of Impairments, Activities and Participation. This document reports on the activities of the Dutch Centre between July 1997 and December 1998. The report includes the Dutch commentary on the proposal for a revised ICIDH, and the results of the field trials
