Abstract

In this report an overview is presented concerning the monitoring activities in the air compartment within the framework of the Netherlands National Air Quality Monitoring Network. The components included are SO2, NOx, CO, O3, black smoke, heavy metals and acidifying components in aerosols, NH3, chemical composition of precipitation, organic components, global radiation, temperature, wind direction and wind speed and lichens. Also maps are included giving the location of the measuring sites.
