Samenvatting
In deze kennisnotitie zijn beleidsvisies voor de zogeheten sociale basis van gemeenten geanalyseerd. Dit heeft het RIVM gedaan in opdracht van het ministerie van (Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport). Het doel was inzicht te krijgen in wat er in deze visies staat en waar gemeenten zich op richten. Uit de analyse blijkt dat thema's als vrijwillige inzet, voorzieningen en (burger)initiatieven vaak terugkomen. Daarnaast vormen zelfredzame inwoners en een sterke gemeenschap de rode draad binnen veel onderwerpen van de sociale basis. Deze resultaten bieden een overzicht van waar gemeenten op inzetten en welke onderwerpen centraal staan in hun beleid.
Abstract
In this report municipal policy documents for the social domain are analyzed. The RIVM did this on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. The goal was to get insight into what these policy documents include and what municipalities focus on when it comes to the social domain. The analysis shows that themes like voluntary work, facilities, and (citizen) initiatives come up often. In addition, self-reliant citizens and a strong community run as a common thread through many topics of the social foundation. These results provide an overview of what municipalities are focusing on in the context of the social domain and which topics are central to their policies.
