This part provides background information on the NEVO data. NEVO online 2021 contains data on 2207 food items. Since the previous version of NEVO online (2019), information in the database on a large number of foods has been added and/or revised.

Information is provided on foods, nutrients and units as well as the sources and the quality of the NEVO data.
