More people getting tested if they have symptoms, staying home remains difficult

Since the recent resurgence of the novel coronavirus, more people perceive the virus as threatening. At the same time, support for the measures has increased and people are following the behavioural recommendations more closely.

Increase in number of newly reported COVID-19 infections

5,427 new COVID-19 infections were reported over the past week by the Municipal Public Health Services (GGDs). The number of newly reported people who tested positive for COVID-19 is much higher than last week (3,597 people).
