RIVM researches what people in the Netherlands eat and drink, and how healthy it is. Are people getting sufficient nutrients, or are there potential shortages? We measure this through food consumption research and nutritional status research. We also study micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) and a number of related issues, including legislation on this subject.
